From September 2017 to June 2018, Frank Detering completed the GROW Design Leadership Program. GROW is an international company from Holland for the continuing education of design professionals (product, graphic, UI and UX design), led by Frans Joziasse. All aspects of design management and design leadership are developed over 9 months with five 2-day workshops, Skype tutorials and challenging assignments. Participants included chief designers from MIELE and HILTI and senior designers from several large German design firms.
